Building in Progress
At the site of Ground Zero in Lower Manhattan after the 11 September 2001, a man was walking past the plot of land covered in rubble when he saw three workmen. "What are you doing?" he asked. The first workman turned round and said:"Can't you see? I'm shifting these stones!" "Can't you see? I'm earning wage!" said the second workman. "Can't you see?" said the third workman, "I'm rebuilding the Twin Towers!" Moral of the Story Although the three workmen were all engaged on the same task, only one had a sense of the real meaning of his work and his contributions. While we discharge our duties daily, how often have we thought of how our actions are contributing towards our company and the survival of our nation? It does not matter whether we are at which departments for as long as we remain committed to the company's core business.

Brand new change
Finally the day has come when my days at Woodlands are already history. Reason being I've been transferred to Airport. Gone may the days where the sight of cars been jammed for hours, motorcycles horning non stop, people queueing up till glass doors but that was the sight I've been facing for 2 years. But whatever it is, one should always accept the new changes readily no matter he/she is ready anot. Same for me, its been a sudden change for me as its quite fast and sudden to see my name in the transfer list whereas my service is only 2 years plus as compare to those who had already serve the service for like many years and its still their first posting. Yesterday been the first day at airport is not a good day to start off. Firstly been I had to miss 2 buses due to the buses being fully packed, hence had to take a cab there. Next is when the cab reached there, we're totally lost over there as the place there is so big till we had to make so many turns till had to ask someone before able to get to the place but luckily the cab driver decided not to have the full fare instead but only a mere sum lesser. Anyway I'll still be in the same team like at Woodlands, and will be at terminal 2 arrival. Today will be my first night at there and hope I'm able to adjust to the new changes. Till then I shall stop at here. "Any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts."
