But don't know why recently its starting to get more stress and pressure working. On top of the normal SOPs that's need to be done, there will be more SOPs implemented and more stuffs that need to take care of. To the extend some has tendered their resignation letter due to the workload or further studies. How I wish I can be like them but alas... But anyway more and more people are already starting to keep a lookout for the market outside. Today had a long day at work, in which after work still need to stay back for the monthly briefing followed by a restraint control training which lasted till around 1915hrs. But overall the training still not bad as I managed to learn a few tactics on overcoming a person whom resist to control. But for that think I had to pay a price for it because I was the unlucky one whom was pick to be the demonstrator for the instructor. Gross to think that of all people had to choose me.. argh.. But luckily for me during my NS days got learnt a few tricks hence sort of know how to go along with the movements without getting injured. But still able to feel the soreness on the shoulder and on the side of the leg. Think I've type too much hence shall stop at here for the moment before I break my promise again.
