Back in action
Greetings to all my beloved bloggers whom have been reading and supporting my blogs. I would like to express my thousands of thanks for the support that you bloggers have showered me although at times I'm just writing about craps and grandfather's stories for being lengthy etc. But whatever it is, I'm now back again from my reservist in ROC and can carry on with my lengthy write up.. haha
Hmm seems like I'm talking craps and full of bullshit for my first para but what I really want to express is only the first sentence and the last sentence whereas the others all just a short craps from me.. keke (*no offences created right?*)
Well have been away for quite some time since the last update that I created due to my recent reservist that I was call up. About the overseas training that I often heard from friends seems to be quite "xiong" but maybe for me now is under the reservist hence it seems to me not really that harsh as what the others has describe.
But just for this reservist, there's a few first time for me to encounter. Firstly is my first time leaving the country to another country that is very far away from Singapore, secondly is my first time taking a aeroplane and also not forgetting my first time going overseas with my army friends for training as a reservist.
Overall the training over there quite alright just that the harsh part of the training that we can think of is the weather when we slept overnight in the field. The weather at night at that place is so cold until even you're wearing a jacket, you'll still can feel the coldness all the way down to your sole of your feet even we're wearing our boots.
Other than that, most of the time is quite smooth sailing for us. Weather is also in the cooling period and only will feel the cold in the day when the strong wind blow by. The time over there is also the same as here just that the sky break earlier whereas the sky is already very bright at 0600hrs.
Then at the last 1.5 days before our return back to Singapore, we had our RnR whereas we went down to Taipei to enjoy. At first we still think there's alot of places to shop and enjoy but alas we were disappointed when we reached there as there isn't anything much to shop, not saying taking pictures.
Hence we just went to Ximen Ting, Shi Lin market and the SOGO building to do some shopping buying stuffs back to Singapore and eat some of their popular snacks. Other than that there's also nothing much for us to do as the time is also quite packed. But overall I still enjoyed the trip at there although there's some hipcups here and there. Looking forward to another overseas for holiday.
For most people may think I'll be quite good after the 'holiday', but for me is the starting of another nightmare. As I'm away from work for such a long time for almost 1 month, think I'll have alot of stuffs to remember and refresh myself again especially of any updates. But the most fearsome nightmare will still be its the starting of the peak period as its school holidays already.
Hmm seems like its another lengthy update hence shall stop at here for the moment. Till then all the best and take care. Happy holidays to all the students who are still studying and if can don't go overseas and just stay at here okie? haha just joking
